    U.S. shipping destinations and rates

    • MOMMORE ships to all 48 consecutive United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam.
    • Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next working day.
    • Please note that uncontrollable circumstances such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause transportation delays and delays. The delivery of the product shall comply with the terms of service provided by the operator.

    International Transport

    • Your package may be affected by customs fees and import duties in the country/region where the order is received. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MOMMORE cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
    • In most cases, this takes 10 to 25 working days. When we ship via DHL/UPS/FEDEX/EMS, the products will be handed over to your local post office after arriving in your country/region, so the delivery time will vary from country/region, depending on your postal service Efficiency and convenience.
    • When shipping, please do not reject the package because of customs or taxes. Unless these fees have been paid, the carrier will not be able to return the item to us. Our only option is to abandon the customs package, if this happens, we will not be able to refund.
    • Shipping costs will not be refunded for orders returned due to incorrect or missing address information. We are happy to reship the order for you, however, reshipping the item to the correct address will incur additional shipping costs.

    Not 100% satisfied ? Please contact us and we will accept returns for most new conditions within  15 days after receiving the new products. 

    How to return an item?

    1. Send us an email to service@mommore.com, indicating the item you want to return and the reason for the return.

    2. Put the items in the original packaging and tightly seal the package.

    3. Reply to us with the courier and courier number you selected.

    4. After receiving the refund, the refund will take about 7-10 working days. 

    Return conditions

    1. You can issue a return order within 10 days after receipt.

    2. The returned items must remain unused in the original packaging. We do not accept returned products that are worn, damaged, cleaned or altered in any way.

    3. We do not accept returned items directly sent back without first contacting us.

    4. We do not accept packages returned using the COD service. The return shipping fee is borne by the customer and is not refundable.
